Sekiro Mini Bosses

In sekiro there are small size enemies called Mini Bosses. They are similar to Bosses, but they are usually easier to fight because they have simpler moves. You still have to hit them many times to take their health down and finish them off, but you don’t need to do a special move at the end. Sometimes you can skip or run away from a Mini Boss fight. Mini bosses don’t count towards a special achievement for defeating all the bosses in the game.

Boss Deathblows

In Sekiro, you fight Bosses and Mini-Bosses. You have to hit them many times to take their health down and then finish them off with a special move called a Deathblow. You can remove Deathblow markers by either taking all their health or taking all their energy, called Posture. It’s usually better to focus on Posture, but you also need to lower their health for some bosses. To damage their Posture, you have to block or dodge their attacks or use a special move when they do a special attack. If you’re having trouble, you can quit the fight and restart. Boss fights take place in special areas that you can’t leave until you finish the fight or quit.
